Cancellation + No-Show Policy
Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice when canceling your appointment. If you must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee plus 50% of the service charge. A no-show constitutes either being 15 minutes late or not arriving the day of your appointment. No-shows are billed at 100% of the service charge plus the $25 non-refundable cancellation fee. This policy is strictly enforced. We appreciate your business and understanding.
Service Adjustment
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask that you please contact the salon within 14 days of that service for a complimentary adjustment with the original service provider, or one of our educators. We would like the opportunity to meet and exceed your expectations as we value you as a guest.
